Partner questions
Is there a monthly fee or lead fee?
No. There is no subscription and no charge per lead. We only earn when you complete a job.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. Jobs are offered by text or app and you accept or decline each one. Declining does not affect future offers.
What exactly gets split?
Labour and service revenue — the customer charges for labour and services, excluding approved parts and materials. Parts and materials are kept separate from the split.
What is the $60 service call?
When you accept a service call you attend the customer, inspect the issue and determine what work is required. That visit is paid at $60.
What happens after I apply?
We review your service area and availability. If there is a fit we call you, and only then do we collect licensing, insurance, WSIB, company details and banking for contractor setup.
